The table shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

The table displays the attendance at Ashdown Museum in two years before and after renovations were made, while the pie charts reveal how satisfied people were in those two years. It can be seen that following its refurbishment, Ashdown Museum welcomed more visitors, and there was a positive shift in their opinions as well.
Prior to the changes, there were 74,000 who came to this establishment. Meanwhile, the most common visitor sentiment was dissatisfaction, with 40% of respondents, followed by satisfaction, with 30%. The percentage of those who were highly pleased was 15%, as opposed to 10% of people who were most displeased with the museum. In total, half of all surveyees were unhappy, whereas 45% expressed positive opinions.
After the renovation, museum attendance increased by nearly 25%, to 92,000. This year, the proportion of satisfied people grew, while the share of negative responses went in the other direction. Three quarters of surveyees answered positively, of which the most prevalent sentiment was contentment, with 40%. Respondents who were greatly pleased with Ashdown Museum made up 35%, while visitors with various degrees of dissatisfaction accounted for 20% altogether.
