– Đa dạng cấu trúc câu bằng việc sử dụng danh động từ (gerund), đảo ngữ, bị động, mệnh đề quan hệ rút gọn, đại từ

– Đầu đoạn có câu dẫn (transitional phrase)

Bài mẫu Riverpark Area

The diagrams illustrate a side-by-side comparison of Riverpark between 20 years ago and now.

From an overall perspective, the area has become more urbanized, seeing that more infrastructure has been built after two decades.

Regarding the previous layout, situated in the center of Riverpark was a parcel encircled by Sun Road. There resided a petrol office along with a library and a surgical facility. Just across the street was a factory located near some shops. A college was on the other side of the road, a few walks from the junction of Estuary Road and Sun Road. Branching from Sun Road was Sun Street, leading directly to a railway track.

Following the development, although the road network remains unchanged, certain features of the area have been added and tweaked. First, to the North West of Estuary Road now lies a marina. Second, the petrol station and the factory have been redesigned into a post office and a supermarket, respectively. In addition, twice as many shops have been opened now that the area is developing. A portion of Sun Road has been converted into pedestrian-only use in company with this change. On the other side of Sun Road, the college has expanded into an L-shaped building and constructed a birdhouse in the forest. Finally, the latest addition to the area is a railway station at the end of the railway track.
