TOP 1 – EDUCATION
Giáo dục vẫn là chủ đề được ra nhiều nhất năm 2020 với số lần xuất hiện 11 lần. Sang năm 2021, đây sẽ tiếp tục là chủ đề “làm mưa làm gió” với lệ “trúng” lên tới 20%.
Một số đề bài đã ra năm 2020 thuộc chủ đề Education bao gồm:
Writing Task 2 (05/09/2020): Some educationalists say that every child should be taught how to play a musical instrument. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Writing Task 2 (15/10/2020): It is suggested that primary children should learn how to grow vegetables and keep animals. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
Writing Task 2 (31/10/2020): People say that it is a waste of time for high school students to learn literature such as novels and poems. Do you agree or disagree?
TOP 2 – WORK
Mới xuất hiện trong 2 năm gần đây, các đề bài thuộc chủ đề Công việc càng ngày càng được ra nhiều, trong năm 2020 là 5 lần. Con số này được dự đoán là sẽ tiếp tục tăng lên trong năm 2021, nên việc tìm ideas cho các đề Work và luyện viết trước ở nhà là cực kì cần thiết.
Một số đề bài đã ra năm 2021 thuộc chủ đề Work bao gồm:
Writing Task 2 (05/03/2020): Some people argue job satisfaction is more important than job security. Others believe a permanent job is more important. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Writing Task 2 (09/07/2020): Today social skills are being more and more emphasized by employers. Some people believe that social skills are important besides good qualifications for their job success. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

TOP 3 – HEALTH CARE & MEDICAL RESEARCH
Đây là chủ đề cực hiếm gặp nhưng trong năm nay lại xuất hiện đến 2 lần và đều đạt độ khó 4/5, trong đó đặc biệt hồi giữa năm có đề về Diseases. Dữ liệu khẳng định Covid19 CHƯA thay đổi đáng kể xu hướng ra đề, nếu có chỉ tác động nhỏ, và nếu thí sinh chuẩn bị chủ đề này cho năm 2021 thì sự chuẩn bị mang tính “phòng ngừa” là chính.
Hai đề bài đã ra năm 2021 thuộc chủ đề Health care & Medical Research bao gồm:
Writing Task 2 (21/05/2020): Government should spend more money on medical research to protect citizens’ health rather than on protecting the environment. Do you agree or disagree?
Writing Task 2 (04/06/2020): Researches into new types of medicine and treatments are essential to improve health and deal with diseases. Who do you think should fund these researches: private companies, individuals or the government?
TOP 4 – DIETS, SPORTS, COMMUNICATION
Cả 3 nhóm chủ đề này đều xếp hạng 4 với 3-4 lần xuất hiện trong năm nay. Ba chủ đề này không mới nhưng phiên bản đề 2020 và cả 2021 sắp tới cũng sẽ được nâng tầm hơn ở cách ra đề và đào sâu vấn đề được hỏi, yêu cầu thí sinh có nền tảng kiến thức rộng và liên quan nhiều lĩnh vực.
Một số đề bài đã ra năm 2021 thuộc 3 chủ đề Diets, Sports và Communication bao gồm:
Writing Task 2 (18/1/2020): Is the mental strength important for success in sports or is it more important to have strong and fit people in sports. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Writing Task 2 (04/06/2020): Researches into new types of medicine and treatments are essential to improve health and deal with diseases. Who do you think should fund these researches: private companies, individuals or the government?
Writing Task 2 (12/9/2020): Online communication is becoming more popular than face-to-face communication in many companies. Do the advantages of this outweigh its disadvantages?
TOP CHỦ ĐỀ MỚI 2020
Research và Space Exploration là hai chủ đề mới xuất hiện năm nay nhưng độ khó đã duy trì ở mức 4/5-5/5, và còn được dự đoán sẽ tiếp tục xuất hiện trong năm 2021 nhưng độ khó vẫn “giữ nguyên”. Nên với những chủ đề này, thí sinh được khuyên nên tập luyện trước ở nhà và tham khảo thêm Các bài mẫu từ IPP ACA Team để lấy thêm ideas, từ vựng nhé!
Một số đề bài đã ra năm 2021 thuộc chủ đề Research và Space Exploration:
Writing Task 2 (09/05/2020): In today’s world, private companies rather than the government pay for and conduct most scientific research. Do you think the advantages outweigh disadvantages?
Writing Task 2 (16/7/2020): Some people believe that spending money on developing technology on space exploration is unjustifiable and there are more beneficial ways to spend this money. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
